1 ½ cups nondairy milk or water
½ cup berries
1 cup spinach
1 handful parsley
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 inch piece of ginger
1 teaspoon honey or stevia to taste


Blend all together in Nutri Bullet or blender.
