Buffalo Turkey Meatballs

1 pound of ground turkey
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
2 stalks of celery
2 large carrots
½ tsp garlic
1 ounce blue cheese
2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning
½ cup hot sauce


  1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Throw celery and carrots in a food processor until they are small bits

  3. Combine turkey, egg, veggie mixture, breadcrumbs, garlic, hot sauce, ranch seasoning, and blue cheese. Don’t overmix

  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place on sprayed cookie sheet or parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes.

  6. You can drizzle hot sauce over the top if you would like after they are cooled.


These can be an appetizer or a meal!
