1 cup steel cut oats( uncooked)
1 ½ cups of milk or almond milk
1 ½ cups of water
2 tbls of brown sugar or honey
2 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt

Stir in a greased or sprayed crockpot. Cook overnight about 7 hours. You can add toppings such as walnuts, raisins, bananas, berries, etc.
